When you book your vacation with Alluring Enchantments Travel we provide you with our concierge level planning services that we are proud to call the “Pumpkin to Carriage Treatment”. We want you to think of your vacation as a pumpkin that we are going to take and transform into an enchanted carriage. The Fairy Godmother did that for Cinderella and we will do the same for you as your Enchanted Travel Advisor. With our “Pumpkin to Carriage Treatment” your vacation will be planned to suit your unique vacation needs and style with a touch of enchantment.

Our Pumpkin to Carriage Treatment Services Include
A Consultation– We consult with you to get to know you and what your vacation hopes and dreams are. During the consultation process your Enchanted Travel Advisor will put together options based on your feedback and what would be best for your needs. Your AET Advisor will also discuss how his/her services work and go over his/her business model works.AET’s goal is to make sure your vacation stay is comfortable, that you enjoy your destination to the fullest, and that you create enchanting memories you will cherish forever.
Knowledge– From years of travel experience, educating ourselves, and keeping up to date with Disney’s destinations by frequently visiting each year, and graduating from the Disney College of Knowledge we are your Disney travel experts.
Saving You Time- Planning a Disney vacation can be very time consuming and can take months of planning. We save you time and do all of the work that goes into planning a Disney vacation for you. This includes making park reservations for you, booking your dining reservations, other special activities for you, purchasing special event tickets, saving you time on research, teaching you how to use Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane Service, and being here to answer any questions you have.
Peace of Mind- You do not have to worry about missing an important planning date during the planning process. We are always in the background enchanting your vacation and sending you up to date important information.
Itinerary Planning- After we consult with you and have your package booked, we will put together an itinerary best suited for you, your family, and your friends needs. We will make sure you do not miss any of the “must sees” and “must dos”. Each itinerary is personalized and tailored around what would be best for you and the vacation experience you want.
Special Needs and Accommodations- We are able to help families and guests who have special needs and can assist with any special resort accommodations, and dietary needs. Lynn has a son who is on the Autism Spectrum, so she is personally familiar with DAS and other tips that can help with any sensory needs to make your time in the parks more enjoyable. All TeamAET Advisors are trained to assist with special needs.
Ground Transportation- We can assist with booking your ground transfers to and from your Walt Disney World Resort for flights arriving into Orlando International Airport (MCO). Our preferred company that we book for our guests is MEARs Connect, who replaced Disney’s Magical Express. We also have a preferred Private Transfer company that we recommend; Real Luxury Transportation.

Our “Pumpkin to Carriage Treatment” services are offered at no additional fee and complimentary for all vacation spending budgets that are over $3,000 USD. We understand that guests have unique vacation styles require a variety of vacation spending budgets. For vacation budgets under $3,000 USD, we offer a Vacation Design and Planning Fee so that we can provide and offer our “Pumpkin to Carriage Treatment” services to you.
Your AET Travel Advisor will discuss and go over their Vacation Design and Planning Fee option and details with you during your initial complimentary vacation discovery call consultation.
**Please note that each AET Advisor has his or her own business hours. While we go above and beyond for all of our guests and are here to help you we ask that our guests please be mindful of their AET Advisor’s business hours. There are times when your AET Advisor will be on vacation, has family time, and personal time. If your AET Advisor is on vacation, there will be coverage and your AET Advisor will provide you with contact info of who will be covering while he or she is away. We are a team and all work together to ensure you have a lovely planning experience and an enchanted vacation experience.**
